Before your first referral.
01 Do we need a minimum number of contractors?
No. Start with one suitable contractor and agree the next referrals after the first onboarding.
02 Can you work directly with each contractor?
Yes. In the referral model, each contractor agrees their own scope with Ganado and pays us directly. Your agency is not charged for the introduction.
03 Do we need another platform?
No. We start with written onboarding and agreed progress updates by email. There is no partner dashboard to learn.
04 Does an A1 application clear someone to work abroad?
No. An application is not an issued certificate or a general work clearance. We confirm the Czech-side scope individually; foreign requirements may need a separate specialist.
