Ganado international s.r.o. provides software and accounting services. Each offer identifies what you receive, its price, delivery and any renewal or cancellation terms. Review the terms for that offer before paying.
Software licences
For Ganado Bridge Local, the commercial licence below defines the permitted use, delivery and refund policy. Ganado Faktura has its own terms. Buying one product does not grant rights to another product.
Accounting services
The scope, price, required documents and timing are agreed individually in the accepted written quote or service agreement. A software purchase does not include accounting services.
Payment and purchase support
The checkout and receipt identify the merchant for your transaction. Where Stripe Managed Payments is used, the sale is handled through Link under the merchant terms shown at checkout. The applicable product terms are linked on this page. For product, delivery or refund questions, contact Ganado with your order reference; do not send card numbers or passwords.
Out-of-court dispute resolution
If a dispute cannot be settled by agreement, consumers can submit it for out-of-court resolution (ADR) to the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (Česká obchodní inspekce, ČOI).
